We offer all aspects of residential design services including paint color selections, furniture plans and selections, materials selections, purchasing and purchase management, full design installation, accessorizing, draperies and bedding, flooring, cabinets and custom furniture as well as any other interior design needs you may have. We also offer various options in assisting clients' in selling any existing furniture they've chosen not to include in the new design plan.

We have also worked extensively with Architects and builders to help implement an overall design and assist in materials selections, lighting, etc for both interiors and exteriors.

Phased Design Plans (back to top)

Phased Design Plans allow for clients on any budget to create the dwelling they've dreamt of. We start with the client's overall needs and wants and prioritize the list. Based on the budget and priorities, we will provide a comprehensive design plan that will include a furniture plan and layout that will show where each item should be placed in the room, furniture dimensions and an estimated cost of each item that is based on the budget. The overall budget is broken down into multiple phases to be implemented overtime. This can also include any degree of remodel. The design plan serves as a guide to assist the client in executing the plan on their own or Levenson Design can continue to work with the client as each phase approaches.

Many times clients just need help managing their existing belongings and to de-clutter their space. We offer several options based on the clients' needs to reorganize and implement a design and organization plan. We can also rearrange existing furniture as well.

Budget Planning (back to top)

We assist clients in managing the budget for their project of any scale. Throughout the length of the project, budget updates will be sent to the client and discussed regularly to avoid any unexpected overages.

Remodel and Contractor services (back to top)

We offer turn-key remodel services. Over the years we have developed an extensive list of only the best sub-contractors and artisans. We have the experience and the ability to handle any size remodel from basic painting, tile removal and installation, and room reconfiguration to room additions that include plumbing, HVAC and electrical. We offer free detailed bids on both Cost Plus and Fixed Price structures.

Levenson Design Associates has worked extensively with Builders, Architects and Homeowners throughout the entire process of building a home. We take the burden off of the homeowners by aiding in the materials selections and design of the project.

We also work directly with Builders as designers for spec homes and offer project management services.
